Guest Speaker: Kara Peters: Head Start and Early Learning Programs 1:05pm – 1:20pm

Thank you Ed, thanks so much for having us here today. Anyone who is from our agency will be doing a quick introduction. I'm Kara Peters, I am the Enrollment Manager for Community Actions Head Start and Early Learning Programs.

Dorothy Prieto: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
I am Dorothy Prieto and I am the Enrollment Coordinator for Head Start and Early Learning Programs.

Jodi McGahan: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Hi everybody, I'm Jodi McGahan, Family Services Manager for Head Start and Early Learning Programs.

Carla Zhingre: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Hi everyone, I'm Carla Zhingre, I'm the Enrollment Generalist for Head Start and Early Learning Programs.

Kara Peters: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
I'm just going to get our PowerPoint up. We have an eight to ten minute PowerPoint to share with you guys, and then we're really happy to answer some questions you might have.

Kara Peters: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Here is our program mission at Head Start and Early Learning Programs. We partner with families in all that we do and believe that parents are the experts on their children. Together we build a solid foundation for resilient, resourceful caregivers, caring, confident, and curious children as well as responsive invested communities. We offer quality early education, care, and services to support expectant parents and children- birth to five- in Hampshire, Franklin, and Western Hampden counties at low or no cost to families.

Here are our program area service areas. It's Franklin, Hampshire and Western Hampden County. However, I am also speaking for the other Head Start programs in the area. Holyoke and Springfield Head Start takes care of the eastern Hampden County, and everything I'm saying here today refers to them as well. With that being said, we're always referring families to each other's programs. We are funded to serve 211 infants, toddlers, preschoolers and expectant parents. Within all of our counties, we have center based options for children, and we also have home visiting program options in all of our counties. We also have 130 dedicated staff.

We have a few center based options: our part day school year preschool programs are for children who are two years and nine months to five years of age. We offer these programs in all three of our counties: Turners Falls, Amherst, Northampton, and these are no cost to families. We also have a six hour full day school year program. The school year programs that we have are for preschoolers in Westfield, as well as Orange. We then have a six hour day full year program for infants and toddlers in Westfield.

Lastly, we hold contracts with Massachusetts Early Education and Care, or EEC, and the Department Of Children And Families. We also offer state subsidized childcare, which is full day and full year. With that being said, those are ten hour days in which are available to families. In addition to this, we also accept EEC vouchers. These centers are located in Turners, fall, Amherst and Northampton. There may be a parent fee associated with those contracted slots we have; however, most of them do not, such as ones from the Department Of Children and Families, but there's a small portion of them that may charge depending on the family's income.

We also have a robust home visiting program called Head Start at Home. What this program is it primarily focuses on infants, toddlers, and expectant parents. In fact, one of our program goals is to enroll as many expectant parents in our program as early as possible during their pregnancies. The Head Start At Home Program provides weekly visits from the same home visitor who partners with the family and supports the parents as their child's first primary educator. Each visit includes play-based learning activities that are geared to the child's interest. The home visitor provides information and referrals to other services in our communities. All families in that program have opportunities to connect with others as well, such as expecting parents learning more about their pregnancy, parenting, and even childbirth.

Jodi McGahan is here and she is our Family Services Manager, and she's going to just briefly go over what a day at Head Start at Home looks like.

Jodi McGahan: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Thanks, Kara. Our home visitors will then arrive at the house of the family to work with the child and family, together. They will do a quick check in since, possibly, in the week prior they may have taught or given them a connection to a local resource or community event. They'll also do a planned activity with the parent based on our evidence-based curriculum. Typically, the activities that they do are with products and things from the home. We're not asking the families to have all these extra things on hand. The activities are led by the parent and child together. We really focus on the relationship between the parent and child. It's not really the home visitor coming in and working just with the child.

The parent and home visitor will observe what the child is doing during the activity, and then they'll do a quick discussion on what they saw, and support the development of the child. Then they'll review and come up with a plan for what kind of activity they want to do next week, before following up again so if they need any support or connection to any resources.

Kara Peters: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Speaking about resources, all of our program options provide comprehensive support services for our participants. Families have dedicated family advocates or home visitors that work in partnership with each family to meet their individual support needs. We have specialists available to provide information and assistance around health, special needs, and social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. All children receive nutritious meals and snacks when needed as well as diapers and formula when in care.

Parents also have leadership opportunities. We have a lot of meaningful parent trainings and also some leadership opportunities in our policy council.

Jodi McGahan: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Every child that is enrolled in our program, the family has a family advocate. Basically, the family advocate is there to support to the family from the beginning of their transition into the program, and as they work with the family to make sure they have all they need for their child to be in our program, such as medical documentation, physical blood work, immunizations, and a dental exam. They also work with the family to build connections to our community resources as well as support the families in their own goals of what they want to do to build their own self-sufficiency.

The family advocate is also that connection between the family and all of the other comprehensive service. They will really work to support the family and what they, or their child, need in connection with our health department, disabilities, or mental health.

Kara Peters: Head Start and Early Learning Programs
We also have a lot of different support staff in our Health Department. We have a health specialist, two of them actually, who assist with supporting any children in our program diagnosed with a medical conditions as well as helping the staff get trained on any medical conditions that the children might have. We also have a licensed dietician who develops all of our menus for the program, as well as provides support to any children who have food allergies. We also have our mental health team, and they work with all the classrooms, educators, and families to support the social and emotional development as well as help refer families out to some play-based therapy out in the community.

We also have disabilities specialists. This team works closely with the staff, classrooms, and families directly around any developmental concerns. We take great pride in providing high quality services. We use the Brazelton touch points approach which is an evidence-based trauma informed way of working with families in support of their relationship with their child and child's development. We have on staff trainers of this approach and we're actually a designated touch point site. Our staff are highly trained, qualified, and often exceed the state and Head Start requirements.

How are families eligible for our programs? They must meet our eligibility guidelines; however, there are many ways that families can become eligible for our programs. For our full day and full year programs funded through EEC, families must be eligible based on the Department of Early education and cares requirements such as having their incomes under 50% of the State Median income or have a case through DCF. For our other programs that are Head Start/Early Head Start only, there are many different ways families can be eligible. One way they could be eligible is that their income is under 130% of the Federal poverty level- in which, this will make them eligible for the Head Start and Early Head Start Program. We are also allowed to enroll 10% of our families to be over that. We do encourage all to apply, because 10% of our families can be over income.

In addition to this, any child who is a foster child, or if you are a homeless family, you are automatically eligible for Head Start and Early Head Start program. If anybody in the family receives SSI, which is Supplemental Security Income, DTA Cash Assistance, or on Snap Benefits, they're automatically eligible for Head Start. What's great about Massachusetts is that the Snap cap for eligibility is at 200% of the Federal poverty level. With that being said, if family’s income is over 130% of the Federal poverty level, if they receive Snap, which goes up to 200%, they are automatically eligible for Head Start. To compare, in other states the cap for Snap is around 130% while in Massachusetts its 200%.

I don't think I'm missing anything with eligibilities. We do encourage all to apply, and this is how they can apply. You can refer families to us. We do have a referral form on our website. By filling out this form, it will increase the priority for a child to get into our program if you refer them to us. They can also apply online in which we have the application in multiple languages. They can also call that phone number that's on the screen. Our enrollment staff is very friendly and very helpful. With that being said, even if they're not applying for our program, or if they are not eligible for the program, we will still assist them in finding opportunities of help within the area.

I'm also the Coordinator for the Hampden County Addiction Task Force. If anybody doesn't know what that is stands for HCAT and within HCAT there are a few different moving parts. One of them is a monthly stakeholder meeting, where people who work in the substance use or mental health field, local law enforcement, and local hospitals meet once a month, kind of to discuss best practices, exchange resources just to work as a networking hub for everybody in Hampden County. Those are on the second Wednesday every month. The next HCAT meeting will be April 14th and will be held in the UMASS Center in Tower Square. If anybody is interested from 1:00p.m. to 2:30p.m.

We also have some working groups like primary prevention and treatment recovery, where we meet separately on zoom to talk about actionable initiatives that we can create within those given areas. I also have a monthly newsletter that I send out, so if anyone needs help promoting events that have to do with substance, use, or mental health, please feel free to share with me.

Other than that, any report out that I have is that April 26th is National Drug Take Back day. So if anyone has any used or unused medical prescriptions in their houses at Central High School and at the Knights of Columbus and Chicopee there will be drop off centers from 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. In those locations, and so I have just happy to be here.

Gina Anselmo: Hampden District Attorney's Office
Hi, good afternoon, everyone. Gina Anselmo, also from Community Safety and Outreach at the Hampden District Attorney's Office. I'm going to share a link in the chat and it's going to going to kind of be a resource guide for our Community Safety and Outreach Unit. The first link is going to be a list of all of our programs, and in that program list you'll see a lot of presentations that we do for young people on different topics, such as healthy relationships, substance use, impaired and distracted driving, and internet safety. All these presentations are at no cost. If you work with youth, and you are interested in bringing any of our programs to the young people that you work with, feel free to reach out. I know that we will be at Holyoke High School in a few weeks to do our Impaired and Distracted Driving Program before their prom evening. We are also looking forward to that.

In that program list you'll find some different opportunities that we have for young people, one being future lawyers of Springfield. If you know of anyone that's interested in being a lawyer wherever they're at in that process. If they're in high school, if they're an undergrad student, or even if they are in law school, they can still a benefit from being part of this program because it’s a tiered mentoring. Everyone is learning from each other. You'll see our Youth Advisory Board.

Another thing that I want to discuss very briefly is our Hoop Up Springfield event that is taking place on Monday April 21st at the American International College. We do this each year. This is the ninth annual and we're very excited. Young people will get a chance to apply for a summer job. We're going to have a job fair in the morning. If you are an organization, or if you know anyone that is hiring young people, specifically high school students, we would love to get more employers involved in our job fair. Feel free to reach out if you know of any employers that would be interested in attending this job fair. In the morning for our students, who are old enough to work, we will have an opportunity for the students to tour AIC to hear a presentation from the admissions at AIC if they're interested in AIC, as an option.

They will be attending, and be able to participate in some skills and drills with the AIC athletes. There will be a cheerleading clinic that Halie will be leading with Central High School cheer team, and there will be a three on three basketball tournament. This is all free, breakfast will be served, and lunch will be served. We encourage you to share this within your networks, and we'd love to. We'd love to see some Holyoke youth out there on the court.

Hi, everybody! Dorothy Prieto! We did present a little earlier, but just in case you might have missed it. All of my contact information is in the chat. Any information that you might need can be found on our website. My work cell and my office number are both in the chat in a couple of different places. If you can't find it easily, because this chat is pretty big today, just shoot me a message, and I will get it to you. Any questions you have never hesitate to reach out and just any questions or anything that you need. Just give me a call.

Charlene Rivera: Holyoke Pediatrics
Hi, my name is Charlene Rivera. I'm the Medical Home Care Coordinator for Holyoke Pediatrics. My job is to connect our families to community resources, and we work closely with the medically complex children.

Carla Zhingre: Community Action, Head Start and Early Learning Programs
Hello, everyone. Carla Zhingre here From Community Action, Head Start and Early Learning Programs. Currently, there is nothing much to mention. Our fall school year will come up shortly so with this, we will start doing acceptances over the summer. If you guys have any children two years and nine months and older, who are looking for a part day program that is free, let them know that you know and come apply to us. We also have a home visiting program for expectant parents and for children under three years old. If you work with families who are looking for a supportive program or for an educational program, but prefer someone to come to their home, send them our way as well, and that program is also free.

Carl Borden: Western Mass Scouting Membership Director
Good afternoon, a couple of quick things once again. We still have scouting growing in the Holyoke area. We have pack that meets on Thursdays, a troop for girls that meets on Thursdays, a troop for boys that meets on Wednesdays, and a Sea Scout ship that meets on Wednesdays all at the Mount Tom Lodge, 235 Chestnut across from the library. We are looking for people who want to work at our summer camp at Moses Scout Reservation in Russell. I did put the link to the job applications there, and we have two events coming up soon that we'd love to invite you all to come.

Visit us at one is the Pinewood Derby, which is an adult Pinewood Derby at the Bright Ideas Brewery in Westfield on April 24th. We also have the Distinguished Citizens Award Dinner coming up; last year we honored the Sheriff of Hampden County while this year we will be honoring State Senator Vilas. With that, we're all inviting you to that as well. The links to those different events are in the chat.

Candace Chapman: Holyoke Youth Parenting Program
I am the program director for the Holyoke Youth Parenting Program. In Holyoke
we work with young teens that are living in like a shelter, we also help them with resources regarding housing, and child development therapy services, domestic violence services, and anything that could help them reach their goals. We are hiring for all positions in
the Holyoke program and the Springfield program hiring as well but only for the weekends.

Bill Courchesne: Hampden County Sheriff's Office / HSNI
Hi everybody, Bill Courchesne, Hampden County Sheriff's Office. I'm the Ward 6 coordinator for the Holyoke Safe Neighborhood Initiative. I finally have an update. I'm happy to report that VOC is in the process of transferring the use of their building in Bowdoin Village. We're right behind the Boys and Girls Club. My goal is that, hopefully, by the next time we meet, I'll have the keys and paint on the walls. Hopefully, by the next time we meet I'll have an update that I'm open for you guys to come and do some work in the community.

Betsy Santiago: Preferred Behavioral Health
Good afternoon, I'm Betsy Santiago with Preferred Behavioral Health. We have mental health services. We do in-home therapy, outpatient, we have a psychiatrist on board, as well as therapeutic mentoring. We're also working together now with the Pioneer Valley Missions to put on a Faith and Health Expo. I'm looking for May 15th. We're looking for agencies to come in as vendors to show what their agencies are all about. We're gearing it to pastors, rabbis, and all religious leaders who are going to be in attendance to bring information back to their congregation, and the best part it is free to any agency. We will be giving free lunch. All you would have to do is come. We will provide an eight foot table. You come. You bring your items from your agency and have a great day. If you want any more information, I will be putting my email in the chat.

Ben Abbott: Community Legal Aid
Hello, I'm Ben Abbott. I'm the Case Manager for the Family Preservation Project at Community Legal Aid. Community Legal Aid offers civil legal aid for low income people in a variety of areas. We do a lot of housing, immigration, employment, education, and law. I work specifically with the Family Preservation Project which works for families who have DCF involvement for neglect concerns, but still have custody of their children. We try to help them avoid removal, and get connected with similar services to what DCF can provide, but outside of that purview and at a lower level of surveillance. We also advocate for those cases to close out when they're ready to be closed out. I put my direct line for questions about FPP, and also the General Legal Aid referral line in the chat.

Barbara McCoubrey: Holyoke Pediatrics
Hi, I am Barbara McCoubrey. I am the third Medical Home Care Coordinator. I work with Shannon and Charlene, so I definitely don't have any more to offer. I'm super grateful to be here. You guys are amazing.

Ashley Morales: Resident of Holyoke
Hi! I'm Ashley Morales. I'm a resident of Holyoke, Mass. I am also a member of Neighbor to Neighbor and Power Parenting and a lot of other organizations through the state that's about it.

Art Lobdell: Holyoke Rotary Club
Hello, Art Lobdell. I work for Scouting America, but I'm here today to talk about the Holyoke Rotary Club. I posted all these things in the chat already, but wanted to give a shout out. We have Eat, Drink, and Be Holyoke, which is coming up on May 1st. It’s going to be held at the Senior Center. It's an evening full of food, beverages, raffle baskets, all of that. All the proceeds from that much of it stays right in Holyoke to provide scholarships to high school students. It provides the concert series that we have at Heritage Park. We also do feeding programs. We do grants to youth agencies. We are looking for people to come out to that very special annual event at the Senior Center May 1st we could take basket donations for that as well.

We are also doing the flags for heroes. This will be the second year that we're running that project at the library. We're setting up fifty American flags looking for people to recognize whoever their hero is. It doesn't have to be anyone in the military or in civic service. It can be anyone at all. It can be your parent, your mentor, your scout leader, whoever it is that you want to recognize and put up an American flag. Those will fly for about a month from May 17th to July the 4th we’re also developing a second site will be happening in South Hadley.

We have a Youth Leadership Awards which is an experience for sophomores to spend a day together in Springfield, but we take them from Holyoke, and they go down and have a leadership experience on the High and Low Rope Course. And then of that group of the forty or fifty kids that are there from all over the area, with that, two of them will go out to a similar experience out in Chicago which the world affairs summit. It’s an opportunity for teens to be involved with that. We also are looking for hosts for incoming International Exchange Students, and we're looking for students in their junior year who might want to study abroad.

The Holyoke Rotary Club is very active in doing all those things, and we ask you all to consider joining us. We only meet once a month. We meet on the third Tuesday every month for a lunch right now. That is being held at the Green High Speed Computer Center right in Holyoke. Come on out and join us. Also, I didn't hear Carl mention today, I'll plug my own business here that we are moving to Holyoke from Westfield, with that being said, not only are we serving Holyoke, but we are going to be headquartered in Holyoke. Don't have a finite date, but it could be as soon as June 1st, through sometime in the summer. We're going to be at 850 High Street, and we currently are rehabbing the space, and we'll be moving as soon as possible.

Ana Santiago - Superior Probation
I’m Ana. I'm a probation officer at Hampden Superior Court Probation. At the end of May, and beginning of June, we’re going to have a community engagement event. We had our first annual last year, and it was a huge success. We had about forty agencies that presented their services to the community. And if you guys are interested in doing that, we usually do it outside in the plaza area of the courthouse for the whole community to engage in. If you're interested, just shoot me an email, my email is on there. We can contact you and give you more information. We have some tables. You may have to bring a table, but it's really good. We have one of our Court Officers Dj the event. We also incorporate our talents into the event.

Ana Jaramillo: Holyoke Medical Center
Hi, everybody! I'm Anna. I work for Holyoke Health Center. The Holyoke Health Center also has a place in Chicopee is called Chicopee Health Center. We are a federally qualified community health center who serves everybody regardless from where they coming from, or if they have no insurance, we can also help customers or patients to navigate the healthcare system by, and even help them to enroll in insurance. If it's any possibility for that, we also provide financial support if needed. Right now, we have some openings for pediatric. We have been told that it's a high need, and right now, the Clinical Center has some openings.

If you have families that have not connected with us yet, please send them our way. I'm also the coordinator of the Let's Move, and Hampden County 5210, which is a healthy lifestyle program to support the Farmer markets in Holyoke and the HIP and SNAP education. With the decrease of funding on the HIP benefit, the Health Incentive Program which is a subsidized $20 per family only expanded and farming markets or farming stores. Holyoke right now only has one farmers market that is not closing during the winter or between the winter and summer, and it is at the Senior Center. It's open for everybody. You don't need to be a senior. We ask the community to please support these markets and send people our way, because they can actually use their $20 benefit right there. It is from 9:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every Tuesday, and we also collaborate with the Farmer Market at the Holyoke Hospital starting June 11th. We invite you all to visit the farmer market.

Amanda Carrier- MassHire Workforce Board
Hello! My name is Amanda Carrier. I am working at the Mass Higher Hampton County Workforce Board. I've been in this meeting once before from Valley Opportunity Council, but I've recently moved to MassHire. I just wanted to share that we still have our Youth Works application open. It's a youth paid job opportunity for youth, ages fourteen to twenty-fives. I'll drop a link in the chat, and it's with a variety of different partners like Valley Opportunity Council and a few others who are running the direct job options. If you're interested in being an employer for youth you can also send me an email. I'll drop my contact info as well.

Aleyx Bernard: Palante Transformative Justice
Hi, Aleyx Bernard. I work with Palante Transformative Justice here in Holyoke at 220 Linden Street. I am the Drop In and Admin Coordinator. We have a drop in space for youth, ages thirteen and nineteen. We also do a whole bunch of different events. We have guest speakers that come in. In addition to this, we also have a food pantry that's in collaboration with the Food Bank of Western Mass. This operates every first Tuesday and third Tuesday of the month. It starts at 3:30p.m. and ends at 5:00p.m. All are welcome, and there are no special requirements.

We also have our big event, our share back event in which our youth and peer leaders will be sharing back about their Youth Participatory Action Research. We will also be sharing it back about the school's bathroom policies. Additionally, we will also be sharing back about the Puerto Rico trip that they went on. This is our first year that we're taking current 8th graders.
so it's been really awesome. We're going to be doing a middle school curriculum in the summer, so stay tuned for that. I'll put some flyers in the chat and my contact information as well.

AJ Beatty: Hope For Holyoke
My name's AJ Beatty. I work at Hope For Holyoke Peer Recovery Center which you are probably most familiar with. We offer support services for folks that are seeking recovery from substance use. We are entirely peer ran, and peer directed. Everybody that works here is folks with lived experience either themselves or a family member loved one with substance use. We have meetings, groups, special events, and activities. We also offer one-on-one support and recovery coaching. We also assist folks with transportation to detoxes and programs, so, if that's something that they are in need of through our Highway To Hope Program. We also have a gambling support program that is housed in our same building. We are at 100 Suffolk Street, in the area where the McDonald’s is.

I've been a recovery coach here. I'm now stepping into my role as Outreach Coordinator. Any agencies, organizations, or programs that are interested in having a team from Hope for Holyoke coming out and presenting about what it is that we do what we have at the center, please reach out to me. I'll put my email in the chat. There's going to be an outreach team, that's myself as well as several of our members and peer leaders. We try to make sure everything we do at the censor is driven by our membership and by the folks that come to the center. I'll put that email in the chat.

Yevilliam Colon: Holyoke YWCA
I worked in the Holyoke YWCA; it's a Team Parent Transitional Program. We work with finding housing, GED, college courses, work, and just transitioning them to independency.

Edward Caisse: Hampden County Sheriff’s Office
I just have a couple updates. I know Mike talked about our basketball registration. If you're working with any youth, like Mike mentioned, that could really use to get connected to enrichment activities; this is really not just a basketball league. We really are being intentional with mentorship and character development and trying to lean in on kids that really need some additional support. I just want you guys to know that.

If you didn't see the Save the Date flyer for the back to school event, I wanted to remind everybody about that. It's going to be August 16th which is our annual back to school event. I'm thinking in July, possibly July 25th, we're looking at a date, we'll pack the backpacks. Last year, we had over seventy people packing. I think this year we're going to do it in three shifts, a 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. shift, 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. shift, and then a 9:00p.m. to 1:00p.m. shift. We'll probably be done by 12:00 p.m., even though we're just having some backup. Having seventy people at once can actually slow the line down, so we will try two shifts. With that being said, if we can have two shifts of like thirty-five or forty, which would be great. I’ll send an email out on that.

I also wanted to announce about our special networking meeting. We had our special networking meeting in February up at the Summit View there were 125 people there. Our next one is going to be May 30th. We're not going to have our regular networking meeting the second Thursday of the month in May. It's actually going to be a special networking meeting and it’s going to fill up fast. Right now, the capacity down there is only 80. When I send that email out, which will probably be next week, let me know that you want to be at that special networking meeting. I just ask you to register as soon as you can so you can get a seat.

The last thing I want to mention is- actually two more things: The CORI Sealing Event / Career Fair, which is called the Fresh Start Career Fair that's going to be happening May 21st at the Basketball Hall of Fame from 1pm to 5pm. We are partnering with MassHire Holyoke and are still looking for employers. If your agency is actively hiring, maybe you can consider having a table at that event. It's not just going to be a CORI Sealing Event, but it’s also going to be a Career Fair or a Job Fair. There's going to be a lot of employers there. We're looking for additional employers. We’re also looking for some agencies that actually have services around food, housing, and mental health.
If you think that your agency might be interested in being at that event on the 21st, it’s from 1:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. Just snap me an email and I will get you connected to Ramona at MassHire Holyoke.

The last thing I want to mention is about our Holyoke Hub. We hold a Holyoke Hub meeting every Tuesday where acutely elevated risk, or youth that are really struggling in schools, get brought to the table and we wrap around services. We're always looking for agencies that have resources around mental health, and case management and wraparound services. Housing is another issue. Mental health is a big issue for us, and food. United Way does a nice job providing food for the situations. However, those areas are important.

If you are not on the Hub, I just ask you to consider being part of it. Just send me an email and let me know you're interested in being part of that Hub team. We'll have you fill out an MOU for your organization, and then you'll come on. What we do with the Hub is we deal with acutely elevated risk situations or people that really need some wraparound services and assistance. We really try to get wraparound services to that individual or family with 24 to 48 hours.

That's all I have today. I just want to thank each of you for being here. Thank you for the work you do, day in and day out and have a great rest of the week.
